Even if it doesn't help with Fusion, you'll always be glad of a decent graphics card - it just makes a rig more usable, esp. I'd then use extra the money, to fund the GPU. I used to work for a PC builder and MSI general have the fewest returns - but ASUS and Gigabyte have always been good for me too. Stick with big name brands and the B550 chipset, but I bet you could save yourself $50-60 there easily. You could also get a lesser motherboard, unless it has a specific feature that you want. I get why you'd want to get a license if you have to, but if it's just for home use, you can use Windows for free (in an official capacity too - without hacking it) by just not entering a key during the installation. ![]() If it were me, I'd ditch the Windows licence and just use it for free with the water mark. I don't know much about GPU utilisation in Fusion, but i know you've got a decent build there for the money. I'm trying to decide what graphics card I should get and could use some input - my understanding is that Fusion 360 is not GPU accelerated, but VRAM does help? I'm working on building a PC mostly geared towards 3D modeling, 3D printing, and some other productivity tasks (maybe using Photoshop or Illustrator a bit in the future).
